Thanks for the clarification, but don't worry, I'm not going to do anything shady :)

One of the rules of this Jam is to not include "fetishes" involving bodily waste or extreme harm, but it doesn't explicitly prohibit fetishes in general. So what if something that seems mundane to some is a fetish to others? The question is: Are other types of fetishes allowed (as long as they don't break the Jam's established rules)?

Please comment below.

OK, I'll see what I can do.

I have a few questions.

Does the character have to be "almost" kissed by the same character, or can it be several?

Do kisses on other areas, like the cheeks, count?

Even if there are almost kisses, can there finally be a kissing scene?

Please comment below.

Thank you :)

I've already tried the game and I must say it's not the same as "The Eye of Salome". In this game you're supposed to control a girl and an Enter key (for some strange reason). Basically, there's not much to this game. To run it, you need to run it in Godot to be able to try it (although I'll tell you now, there's not much to it).

1. Thanks for playing my game.

2. I don't really know what the game is about, but it says it has to be run in Godot (I'll check it in a moment).

Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the health bar, it's visible in the bottom corner, but it's probably something no one notices, and the damage effects don't help. I didn't get around to polishing that since I rushed the game. As for the fourth character, I had several issues. Initially, he was supposed to be the slowest, but his original speed made him quite slow. So, I increased his speed so he'd move somewhat quickly, but not so quickly that he'd outpace the other characters. As an extra step, I made it so that instead of having a fixed damage per second, he could slightly change his damage, and I think I overdid it. I didn't realize because I was testing the other three characters more than the fourth.

I don't know if I can fix the problems it has since I rushed the game and I forgot to add some bosses that were going to appear in the final version (I might post their concept sheets). Also, this is a game jam, so I'm not sure if I can fix the game. But thanks for playing anyway.

You are welcome

How do I access the game?

Have you tried moving with the keys mentioned in the description?

I will try to post what I can

Is that a yes?

please?

What do you mean by boss clue?

To be honest, I didn't really understand what was happening in the game. I'm supposed to touch the reindeer to lower their health, but I still lose.

Okay, I understand

The whole game feels unfinished, and due to a strange bug, the game doesn't deliver the gift to its respective house even though it's green. Several aspects of the game should be improved.

Alright

The controls are slippery, but I understand the intention.

The gameplay is slow, but otherwise it's decent.

I found the game strange; there were things I didn't understand

I understand now

I'm surprised by how you've implemented the light mechanics, because it's not just about seeing the environment, but also necessary to defeat enemies. I liked that implementation :)

The game is quite short, but it does the job.

I must admit that the game is beautiful

The Wewes won :(

P.S.: I know they're aliens

It's beautiful, but I don't understand how that eye finds me.

I like the game, the only thing I don't understand is how to win, but the rest is fine :)

An interesting way to play

Thanks :D

Yes, unfortunately the screen size is a limitation of the engine I use (Scratch), although as you suggest, adding a warning about where enemies spawn would have been a solution, but at least the power-ups mitigate that problem somewhat.

Thanks. And since you mentioned it, the enemies and characters have sound effects (although they might not be very noticeable over the music). Also, originally the enemies were going to change their appearance every time they took damage, something that didn't make it into the final version. But I'm glad you like the game :)

(1 edit)

Each stage features a new enemy with different mechanics, adding some variety to the game, although some stages are unnecessarily long :/

And I see you really like the Light Gift upgrade; that upgrade makes things much easier :)

I guess I did my job well :D

Although I saw better games at this Jam

The gameplay is simple but functional; I was inspired by a game I saw at a convention. And as for the music, I got it from the internet :P

Thanks :>

It's more of a retro style, but I don't really know because I got the music from the internet, but it's good that you like it

The improvements make the game much easier, especially in the final stage ;)

Before anything else, I'd like to clarify a few things:

1. I've noticed that some people don't understand how to play, so I've updated the game's page to show the controls.

2. In story mode, there are five waves plus one final wave, because I have the feeling that many people don't reach the end.

3. I'm glad you like the game. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for reading.
