for phone, download it on the app store/google play store. On PC, make sure you have the itch.io app downloaded to the computer and you can open it through the app. Once you have itch.io on the computer, you'll have to go to downloads in the bottom right hand corner and it should allow you to open it. Hopefully this helps!
