pretty sure every phone does that when u download apks, if u want to be sure you can run it though virustotal👍
if your talking abour sketchware then maybe, im pretty sure virus total said it could be riskware but if your talking about my pet karkat then no, it's not. I've not noticed sketchware doing anything weird to my device (atleast that I am aware of)
