so is there no good ending with Leo or did I miss something?

please help, is there some sort of guide to this game? I am really enjoying it so far, only on my first playthrough and I'm going the route with both the roommate and his father as boyfriends and I keep getting bad endings once they go on vacation. what am I doing wrong. or is it not possible for a happy ending going this route?
