Whenever I try making an account it gets stuck on the "Registering" part of making my account I think it has to do with the issue of my IP Address I'm entirely not sure but it is getting annoying to try and find what is the issue I am having also if it is my IP address here's the time when I was trying to make my account: 7:03.
