Hi I need a help for completing one of the main quest

soI'm stuck on one of the main quest (Orc problems) the part that the objectives says "investigate the Old cave ruins" 

And when I enter the old cave ruins I don't know where to go or where to investigate 

So would you please tell me where should I go or where should I investigate?

So I was wondering where can I find the Munchgrim's Eye?
