Long story short, the final version will definitely be free.

If you go to the "Development Log" Just above the comments, you'll see a post (It looks like a link) called "SubscribeStar Opened!" Click it and find the link to the SubscribeStar, if you're willing to pay for it. The game isn't finished yet btw, a lot of stuff is a WiP.

They do plan on unique sex scenes, yes. There are none as of right now, however, and I think it'll be awhile before they come about.
