Get the Screwdriver, unlock the vent and go to the game room.

Join the Discord.

When you unlock the screwdriver, find the vent in the office, proceed to the right hand side and enter the games room, you'll find your way. After you've unlocked the room you'll unlock the character. There's no other way to get her.

What do you mean "They aren't in this update"? If you want to unlock the scene you need to buy the Screwdriver, Candies then wait in the generator room until you hear a laugh at 4AM, then if you place the Candies into the Stocking at the mirror you'll unlock the scene. You're welcome.

To get the other scenes like the Golden Frenni one you need to do extra things around the map and buy other stuff from Marie like The mask and the Pickle

Edit: There is also a scene for doing the puzzle in the main room

No offense but if you find the easy mode hard you should try just playing a different game, I mean you only need to do 4 tasks and not get caught. As for the Futanari designs just be grateful you get them and stop complaining, if anything is wrong with the design the dev will correct it

that's a bug I think, I've had a lot of distractions in a single match it just has to reload for a few seconds.

With the dr livesey you can have as many distractions as you want, you just need to wait for it to reload
