I did a bit of grinding before the gym and it made the whole thing a cake walk. basically get around 4 pokemon a few levels higher than the gym pokemon.

for cassie my best suggestion is to go and buy a apartment and sleep in it then talk to your neighbour, keep her close she is way more important than you realize.

from what I could tell forcing their dom levels all the way down as quickly as possible usually saves you the hassle of the NPC doing whatever they want, after that I'd try to use one of the options which does not increase your pleasure level but increases the NPC's pleasure, of course after she orgasms you will have to start over but this is the only way I've found.
