Super fun! I really liked the presentation and the game play and the metamorphosis was spot on! I did get stuck at the part trying to reach the fly pellet, but overall I thought this was top notch.
when I applied to school for game design, I had to build a board game and the theme was Metamorphosis - no lie! I ended up picking a different degree though so I'm excited to dive back into game dev w this jam.
This was a very good game. I really liked how intuitive it was, and I was able to easily understand the objective through the creative dialogue. Obviously the graphics are not HD, but I think they were very charming for this short but sweet game. I like the exploration element and felt rewarded for doing so. Sound effects were a nice edition and impressive use of the limited camera. I just didn't know if there was something I might be missing as I didn't find any 'ending' and thought maybe I should do something with the hearts giving by the NPC's. Overall I had a lot of fun and would totally recommend it to my friends, 9/10!
