I believe it's some new fart sounds, there's some pretty long ones that I don't remember ever hearing before this update.

The small change in the game's credits might also imply that some sfx were made by the game dev themselves, which I think is a neat detail if true.

I love the details in this game.

Notably, the various coughing sounds in the background once you get to the medium farts, I love the idea that the girl is stinking up the whole room.

And the way the sound of the farts change with each level, especially once you reach the "high" level farts at 1024 and all the smaller farts suddenly sound much wetter and more like sharts instead - maybe some visible stains on the underwear would have been nice, but the audio is plenty good as it is. This game is a real gem.

This game really scratches an itch I didn't know I had. Solid animations, good choice of sounds, decently challenging, I actually love it. Def looking forward to any other games that might follow this - would be really cool if there was a downloadable version too tho.

First one sounds pretty interesting, although I think the words "beautiful" and "strippers" might be the reason for that :)
I do like the sound of the stealth idea too, reminds me of a few games where you have to time the release of a fart (usually as a vehicle passes by) so you don't get caught - would be interesting to see if you end up with similar mechanics or not.
