Before anything I wanna say I love this project, it's super well made and after testing for a few minutes I bought a key because it's literally something I've tried to tinker around and make for so long
One thing I found a bit limiting was how the media importing works since it imports them in a set order and you have to manually shift them around if you want it shuffled, besides a couple of other things, so I thought of leaving a few suggestions here in case you might want to implement them in the future(no demands though, you already did an awesome job and I know damn well how trying to add more features can be a headache)
- a randomize button for the media selection, maybe allowing clips to repeat or just shuffling them
- ability to select clips from more than just one folder, maybe saving the paths to a .txt to load them at once the same way they are loaded from the folder
- (this one I tried once in a project and, while fun, I totally understand being like "no way" because of how much time it adds to the processing)perhaps compatibility for longer clips by cutting small parts in random moments, detecting scene changes with PySceneDetect
Either way this is already a great program and I wish you the best
