I could tell, a tremendous amount of work has been put into this game. Starting from the beautiful, high-quality animation and particles, the visuals are very high detailed, and the parallax background ties it all up together to make an amazing underwater world. The gameplay itself, though, was a bit confusing. Flying around using only a couple of buttons felt a little too easy, yet it was hard to follow where to go with no direction, but the concept of collecting the coins kept me engaged throughout the entire time playing it. Some more clever gameplay mechanics would make this game even more engaging, but visually, this game looks amazing.

I really enjoyed the concept of the game, though maybe just due to limited resources, the ability to have both players play on the same keyboard. It brought me back to times when I would play web-based flash games with my cousin on my grandpa’s old computer. I wish the Ui were a little more informative and stylized but it covers the basics and tells both players how to play. I think the concept of using directional keys and moving around was lost, and can be reimplemented with this game. With further development, this could be a fun top-down shooter

Wow haven’t played a visual novel-based cooking simulator before, this was very comfortable and enjoyable.  I also really like the color palette chosen for the art style, it brings a sort of nostalgic feel to it. I am also surprised by the fact that the meal drawing was added for each meal, depending on the ingredients. This made me think a little bit in terms of my cooking skills, and it was fun to see dialogue change depending on your selections. Sound effects and some simple background music would surely take this game to another level. Overall, a very unique and enjoyable experience.

First thing I noticed when playing this game was the stylistic choice, this arcade game's 8-bit pixel style really suits the theme and the gameplay. All of the character animations are made well and make the world feel more alive. The game was a little hard at times since the enemies move a lot faster than the player, but the sword changing mechanic made for some cool combinations and moments, some of the enemies can at all be avoided, though. This would have been a huge hit in the arcade days.

P.s the style of this page is awesome.

This game is built really well. The UI on its own is complete and informative, goes over every part of the game in detail, and the gameplay itself is very engaging. The animation is simple but effective and stylized, making the game easily understandable and visually comforting. The concept of a tower defense game is made very well, and it kept the game going for a while,I got to the last wave, but didn’t build enough defenses even though I had all the money. The transition animation for half of the wave with a second opening was very surprising and made the gameplay more engaging and challenging. This project is a great base for a nice, cozy video game.
