Very polished, the animations, sound design, art and music come together very well. I do feel like the gameplay could've had a bit more purpose. Right now it doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you pick the right dialog option at the end to get the good ending, but uncovering the stories of the the customers is still very interesting.
