so uh, i figured it out. i had my game folder attribute set to hidden (for obvious reasons) which is why it wasnt able to create new save files i am guessing, as it would create a file which wouldn't have the hidden attribute. So it's all good now. Just waiting on that sweet threesome update. Best wishes.

So uh, first of all let me just say this. Absolute banger of a game. Had a blast playing through the story. 10/10. Eagerly waiting for the next updates. But the current problem I have been facing is.. The first few days when i played the game, everything was fine but after i opened the game after a few days again, it showed some error saying i couldn't save or save was not permitted. I tried running it on administrator but the problem persisted. 

the game isn't finished yet, so sadly you can't go past that stage at the moment. For me, i cold go past the scenes after the warehouse stage but after that, you can't progress thorugh the main quest anymore.
