There's also a symbol in the middle of the screen appeared at 5 am. I couldn't find anything else running it for 24 h.

Actually it happens every time (at 18 min 40 sec after 00:00 if my timer is right) and this part of the game might be relevant to solving the whole of it, as when you start the game (clicking the eye I mean at 23:59), after some time a hexagon appears in the bottom left corner, and when you click it, a red line appears, and it looks like the white ones from the after 00:00 part of the game (like a glitch I mean). So, both parts must be connected.
