Would love to see a mac os or web option! Currently I have no way to play hah

The pizza guy made me crack up, nice animation :D Unfortunately the car controls were super floaty which prevented me from finishing the game, but it has potential! Music matched the game and overall the graphics fit the theme very well.

Here are my notes:

- I like the sound effects

- I love that coming back to my apartment and then into the hall forced an event that progressed me through the story. It made me more immersed.

- Using the map as the scene really made me use my imagination which actually immersed me more. I really like that I had to go back and forth between the rooms, not just forwards, as it solidified the place in my mind.

- The footstep animation going from one place to another is nice

- The keyhole in the wall was very creepy

- It was not obvious that the time setting was the Victorian era - I only got that from the “More information” section - certain story elements make much more sense now!

I ended up being eaten by Aiden :P Overall, I love the game. I got really invested, great story telling! So far the highest rating I gave. Great job.

A quick game, I liked it :) The art style is very consistent and the music is a good match. The cat is very cute :P Great job!

I got at most 4-5 bills every time before I died at the airport :P I tried buying something at the store but i guess i was doing something wrong. You should try giving it more time, I like the idea!

Too bad there is no macOS or Web version - I would love to play this. The thumbnail looks very nice!

I love the slow-mo cheat code mechanic :) I actually had to figure out the one that hides the spikes by trial and error - maybe i missed some tip. Last level was quite difficult but it balanced the difficulty perfectly so I had a lot of fun :) Thank you!

I really liked it! Here are some of my notes:

- After mama disappears, I saw in the background photo a Stagg stove - I also have one :)

- The music really set the atmosphere

- I actually got hungry making the hamburgers, I think that means the visuals looked tasty!

- I couldn't finish the boss fight even after 10+ tries hah I think that the acceleration / de-acceleration of the character really adds to the difficulty.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I added a short "Controls" section to the game description where its mentioned that holding the space bar will speed up the text :)

Yeah, its basically interactive art.

Thank you :)) That's exactly what I was going for but I didn't leave enough time to finish the gameplay, so i removed it altogether. I spent rest of my time focusing on audio and graphics. I would want to eventually remake it with proper mechanics because I had a lot of fun :P

(1 edit)

Thank you for playing! It means a lot :)

The audio was recorded by me, it was very fun to go out into the fields and just stand there with my recorder and listen. Good idea with the narrative - I was initially thinking of birds stopping by the window with notes attached to their legs that you could decipher to read conversations between people. Like they couldn't find their destination so they all end up near this prison. I didn't have time left to do it though xd

I never heard of Presentable Liberty, looks interesting though , will check it out :)

Since I have a mac I could only play the web version - got to like 300+ exp but then it got quite hard and my score fell in to the negatives. Overall fun - it's was nice to play something a bit more challenging :) Cool music!

I love the drawings, very cute! Also, the parallax effect when walking is nice :) I accidentally clicked the exit button in the lower right corner at least 5 times thinking its a "go back" button xd Here's my final bouquet:

Thank you!

Unfortunately on my browser it started lagging very fast and I couldn't progress - it dropped to like 2 fps. Other than that the visuals are very pretty :)

Most of them, but not all of them, if I remember correctly

Fun!

I liked the courses :) Finished it and had some fun. Thanks!

Went around 5 times. It loops, its cozy, it even has a weather system! Nice job
