had the same question, I just found out that license is in the zipfile it says
"What you ARE allowed to do:
- Use the assets in your personal or commercial projects (games, animations, films, etc.).
- Modify the assets to fit your project needs.
What you are NOT allowed to do:
- Resell or redistribute the original files, modified or not.
- Share the assets for free or include them in any asset collection or pack."
