Like let's say I choose Nami and 3 other girls then Nami loses and I also lose will I have the option to fuck Nami instead of both MC and Nami masturbating?

How do I heal in this game?

I did notice health heals after sleeping but it heals too little for something you can do once a day.

Is there any gameplay or is it just the usual wall of text with a few h-scenes in between?

Wasn't the font but I figured out how to do it. Turns out I accidentaly clicked on the left side buttom icon above the RNPC's name.

Release 0.956 tells me I'm not logged in when I try to play even though I am.
I did press the d key beforehand when the game was playable which might be the cause for it but I don't know how to fix it.

It is fixed. 

Does anyone know how to turn on the green text shown when you hover an action? (Like talking about cooking)
