Ooooh I cant wait to see how you approached it! I had the idea from Katabasis by R.F. Kuang where the local campus kitty is seen throughout the land of hell as they traverse it (I'm still reading it hehe) and there are a bunch of folk tales from my understanding that cats can traverse different plans of existance! I think its actually a really cool concept so I cant wait to see how you tackeld it in your game ! I love seeing so many cat pple taking part in this jame hehe!

Yes! I'm really happy with it and it is annoying to have to scale down but it also taught me about prioritisation and learning to let go, I struggle with perfectionism and thats why a lot of my projects haven't gotten too far but after this I have more confidence to just make it even if its not perfect on first version or if everything isent there yet! I do keep a list of those ideas though, it helps me feel like there not wasted potential somehow. :3
haha thats good to hear! I havent made puzzels before so im glad they werent too simple or too hard ! I would be fun to develop further i kept having ideas that i had to scale down as I was making it XD
This was insainly well done the atmosphere was sick! Initially I couldn't read the text but figured out you can fix it through the resolution XP I really enjoyed this ! DIM asking why I like cats while Im holding my cat and playing lol.
I saw the progress shot for this in the discord! it feels super nice and the sound design was really helpful / spooky haha. I like the character a lot and the controls feel really nice!
Smart Idea! !hat squirrel is ruthless, I couldn't best him :( I loved the players setup as 2D planes that swap depending on the camera angle, there was even a top plane and the little lines to indicate movement and fallling were a nice touch!
The art is very charming and the storytelling is really well done ! I liked that the door would glow when you can go through it and the lighting overall gave off a nice atmoshphere.
