I opened my phone's camera on Google Translate and pointed at my pc's screen as I played. I also followed this video to get the endings. You have to turn on the automatic captions and click "autotranslate" in the video's settings to somewhat understand.

This game was hard, specially because of the language barrier, but it's the difficulty what I love most in this type of games. I had to watch several videos and download some apps to translate my screen but the hard work paid off once I saw the romantic ending <3 the jeff cameo made me squeal too. One of the best VNs I've played, I hope it gets translations in the future so more people can enjoy it.

This is insanely fun! It feels like I'm in a Black Mirror episode. I haven't finished the game yet but so far I really like the writing and art.
