Well, not having complete control of the aim is part of the challenge, and it was a very conscous move to not have the mouse control the aim as that would make the game 10x easier!
About the controls not being obvious, I'd really like to know what exactly you feel was unclear so I can explain it better.
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Instead of making it less slippery, I was thinking of taking the recommendation of another player and zooming out when you go at a higher speed, that to me feels would be a better balance to offscreen dangers. What are your views on that?

Really enjoyableand fun game, I could honestly see this game being a demo to a commercial release. H
Only thing is I ran into an issue at the end where nothing happenned after the dialogue - "Gimme that" and I couldnt see any path forward, though it might be me being dumb lol
Pretty fun game, but I feel the hitboxes are a little too large. Uudally games have hitboxes that are slightly smaller than the sprites to make the game feel more fair. I'd recommend a change in the hitboxes, but overall an enjoyable game for sure!

I finished my game last night, and had intentions of adding a timer and a global speedrun leaderboard, but didnt have time to. I'll try, but im not sure if I will be able to add a speedrun timer before the jam ends. Will this cause any issues with my entry?

Since the game is a satire game I'd originally made for another jam (though in the same timeframe), i thought it would work. Most of the game's humour is hidden in easter eggs and the game doesn't try to push a joke, but rather tries to be subtle with it. (e.g. try hovering your mouse over the mug or the sticky note)
I'm sorry if you missed the humour or didn't like it though...
Happy Corp has only on button as we do not want our employees to try finding alternative methods to finishing their work as our internal studies suggest it reduces productivity!

Had a lot of fun with this game! And I'm 2nd on the leaderboard :D The stealing does bug out sometimes, but the overall polish is pretty good. One more thing is that it would be helpful if you added a timer, but that's nitpicking stuff. You were worried about nothing!

However, your comment on being a bad employee is concerning indeed. Have you been spending too much time staring at mugs? Or maybe you tried tampering with the camera? Or did you forget to move your cursor for more than 30 seconds??? Highly unproductive and unprofessional things we strongly advise against!!
We urge you to not worry! There are no bad employees at Happy Corp (for long).
However, the game not being in full screen was a pain, cuz when my mouse went out of the window to pull the catapult back, i couldnt shoot and lost a couple of times because of that. I like that you can kill the cow by mistake too, would have loved to have some funny text along with it when you kill the cow.
