I'm trying to get the last update but it keeps directing me to paypal.com and I can't use paypal.com it won't let me log in so what can I do to get the last update 

I can't find the download link and every time there's an update I either have a very very hard time looking for the link or I have to pay for it again so what do I do

I'm having trouble downloading the new update it keeps stopping when it gets to around 675.50MB on the android link is there a better link I can use?
