You should be able to ask for hints in game by talking to Faust in the hall.
It’ll most definitely be apart of someone’s quest so just keep progressing people
Yo, if you go to the gallery and view the free roam section of the second scene between the Rabbit futa and the frog girl (cannot remember the names) and enter the classroom it changes the time of day to afternoon and basically just takes you out of the scene viewer.
You end up in the actual classroom like its a normal day
Alright, fair enough. I can admit I've gone a lil overboard.
However.
I will state that in my first reply to you, I made it a point to say that you very much are capable of creating a game without using a cheap copout. You just need the drive to do so.
I understand that its faster, and that you said that one day you intended to actually get artists once there's a budget.
But I truly believe that you're robbing yourself of the learning and skill improvement of just doing it yourself. You don't *NEED* it. Nobody needs it.
Again, I know its a tool for convenience. But its a tool that genuinely takes away your independence as a learning creator.
I would like to apologize, I'm definitely the asshole here. No doubt about it, did a lil too much trolling.
But let me just leave you with this question:
If you do ever intend to stop relying on it, what is stopping you from doing that sooner?
(Also, for what its worth- I did actually give the game a try after leaving this admittedly douchey "Well well well" comment.)
I gave it another try and... I just have to sit here doing literally nothing with the first 2 bars ALMOST filled for... how long? There's no visual for what "Maxing out" a girl means, and if them growing is supposed to be that, how do I know when they're done??
Listen, I've played video games of all kinds as long as I can remember, I've taken game design classes and even made a game of my own. All of that to say, I have a pretty good intuition for how a game is played, what's fun, and what works and doesn't work.
This is the first game that makes me feel like a game journalist
This is such a non game, even for gooner game standards.
I know you can do better, after I left my first comment I went and tried your other game (the Marvel rivals one) and legitimately, the actual tycoon-ish gameplay is solid and actually had me finding strategies to collect points.
I hate being overly negative, and I hope it doesn't come off that way. Genuinely you already show the ability to make this better. You just need to trim the fat that is waiting. Waiting. Doing nothing. With nothing to do in the meantime just isn't fun.
and I know that may not be the focus of a game thats end goal is to make the player jork it. But if a player has to wait super long to even get there, they're just gonna play something else.
EDIT: I took a good while to write this comment, but before I did I set up the game how you suggested: both easy characters with the first 2 bars full just letting it fill the milk bar. I even upgraded the value of the bar piece things to get more.
I did all that, then spent a while writing out and editing the first part of this comment and it still wasn't done.
Ok, what's the game here? Infinite clicker simulator? Cuz even for a clicker game its extraordinarily slow. Most clicker games have some sort of reset but start with a permanent multiplier thing that you can do to boost yourself.
I'm using an auto-clicker at 1 click per millisecond, and somehow I still haven't even filled the third bar halfway on any of the characters.
Buying upgrades is a chore, why are the upgrades locked behind an arbitrary, seemingly limited token currency? You barely get any at the start and its the same pace throughout the rest of each character's progress.
Also, the sounds dont work.
ok, couple things.
Even after reading the controls and instructions that you have in the game description, I still do not fully understand the controls. How do I close the curtains? What does the recharge thing on the last camera do? Which character is which??? I'm not going to know the names if they aren't labeled anywhere except the gallery which is all blacked out anyway until you see the scene. Speaking of which, you should really exclude patreon scenes from occuring in a non patreon version of the game. Because it just cuts to a black screen with "Patreon only scene" and a return to menu button that doesn't actually work (Bug) so I am forced to close the game and relaunch every single time I die to the blue haired character which once again, I have no idea how to deal with because I nothing I do closes the curtain.
This game seems like it has great potential but maaaaan I feel like I'm being gibbed. You should think of explaining the controls/labeling them in the game itself so there is clear visual reference to what you say in the description. Think like fnaf 4, at the start of a new game there are little overlays on top of every interactable with small tutorials.
I know its a solo dev's project, so all of this might be a tall order to try and fix, but it would definitely help with confusion and keep new people around for longer since the barrier for entry is a lot easier.
Pretty good, the onnnllyyyy thing I have any issue with is the nights feel just a taaaaaddd too long. It feels like anytime I glance up at the clock in the top right after a while and I expect maybe an hour to have passed it simply wont have, and then I check 3 more times until it does pass the hour.
Maybe I'm just impatient, maybe I've gotten too comfortable with faster nights from other fangames, idk.
That's it really, thx for reading :)
ngl the lighting on the hair is totally whack, I'm on medium graphics with low shadow quality and all the hair options are really bright unless I'm standing in the darkest of spots. I have my hair set to a dark purple but it will stay as a really washed out light purple or just break of become bright white.
-edit- its not just the hair anymore, any and all customization is now a glowing white. And no matter what i do it stays that way, through saves too.
Well, I can at least keep seeing your posts and game as long as I was previously following your account. This post did show up in my feed, along with other NSFW game's posts after the Itch delisting.
So your current audience (who are following you) should still be here but growth of your games audience has more or less been halted because of the delisting :(
