I'm also unsure what to do. Spinning counterclockwise as indicated didn't seem to change anything (only the outlined numbers died).
Very well put together. Some of the platforming challenges were pretty hard! I only ended up with $5000.
The tactile look of the wheel is nice but I was unsure as to what exactly happens. You keep spinning until you get red, and then you do damage?
