Help, I'm stuck on a few steps. I can't find the golden nut. I have the bronze mushroom, silver root and silver seashell, but no golden nut!

I also can't find the Farming book for Lily and another pick the lock. In the mission (cat jailbreak), two options are displayed: <prepare to save cat> and <talk to mana>, but they are not checked. What should I do?
