I was able to download it with Firefox and Chrome without any issues. Do you perhaps have Windows Defender or another virus software that's false flagging it?
Im happy to provide a steam key if you can't get this working :)
**Note, from looking online this seems to be a Windows Defender thing not a browser thing so possibly windows defender is blocking the download 

What browser are you using? I can take a look into this

Can you possibly send me a screenshot ? Usually systems are always a bit funny with executable files
Additionally for your peace of mind you can always scan the game with whatever virus/malware scanner you use :)
