very straightforward and thought out! while it does fit the theme of the jam very nicely, i do wonder how the team plans to make it "fun" and something people will want to pick up outside of those already into sustainability. 

what a crazy concept! it sounds very detailed and complex. the scope does seem quite large, but it looks like you all have the advantage of having worked together before. excited to play!

It seems very educational! My feedback is that im not entirely sure what the gameplay looks like - how will you as mayor educate these villagers? through dialog selection? something else? its a bit unclear. The concept seems fun though!
