Overall Rating: 4.5 / 5 Stars

Fun: 5/5 – Really fun and fast-paced arcade highway game. The feeling of speed is great, and the camera zooming out when accelerating is a fantastic touch.

Graphics: 4/5 – Clean presentation that fits the midnight highway theme well as you weave through traffic and battle foes.

Sounds: 4/5 – Solid soundtrack choices with credited tracks.

Theme Relevance: 5/5 – Perfectly fits the "High Score Chasers" style as an endless highway score-chaser.

End-of-Life Plan: 4/5 – The developer plans to improve the game further, update the downloadable version, and keep it permanently available.

Overall Rating: 4 / 5 Stars

Fun: 4/5 A solid, fast-paced arcade shooter concept where you chase down thieves to reclaim money while dodging incoming fire. Controls are straightforward.

Graphics: 4/5 The visuals rely entirely on pre-made, credited asset packs. While they fit decently together, it lacks a unified, original art style.

Sounds: 3/5 Sound effects and music are included and pulled from free sources, serving their purpose well enough for the action.

Theme Relevance: 5/5 Cleverly weaves the theme into the narrative: stealing "all the money in the world" creates literally the "Highest Score" to chase down.

End-of-Life Plan: 4/5 Great commitment shown by the developer, planning to release a downloadable version and set up a GitHub repository for future updates.

Overall rating: 2.5/5 Stars

Fun: 2/5 The timing-based combat inputs are initially interesting, but quickly devolve into an exhausting, extremely repetitive grind. Fighting bosses with massive health pools (like 1000 HP vs 70 HP) requiring 50+ identical repetitions ruins pacing.

Graphics: 2/5 I appreciate the self-made sprites, but in comparison to other games I have to criticize the basic geometric shapes and blurry unpolished assets.

Sounds: 2/5 The background music is far too loud and quickly becomes a bit annoying.

Theme Relevance: 1/5 Hard to find any connection to the High Score Chasers theme, as it plays like a standard low paced RPG. I haven't played the game through maybe there was a high score in the end but I don't know.

End-of-Life Plan: 3/5 Short plan provided which fulfills the requirements on a basic level.

Thank you, but you were absolutely right about some aspects. You're right, let's focus on the positive.

The buttons do work now.

Thank you for your positive feedback!

Thanks for your comment.

Theme Implementation: 4/5. I really like the role that time plays in your game, I noticed that aspect. But I couldn't quite figure out where time is broken.

Special object: 3/5. The player uses a microphone as a weapon. This is a nice idea, but could have been integrated more deeply.

Fun factor: 5/5. This game is the most fun of all the games I have played in this game jam. Congratulations, I really love it.

Gameplay: 4/5: As Mugle mentioned, there's no difficulty curve, which would have made the game even better.

Audio: 4/5. Just great.

Visuals: 4/5. The game really looks like a finished game and is really well put together. I just think the art style of the player and the environment don't quite match, but that's my only criticism.

It's a really nice game and I had a lot of fun playing it! Congratulations!!!

It's not playable sadly.

Very wierd game but good idea.

Thanks for your feedback. Maybe you didn't collect the note on the left, as I've noticed that some other players may have missed the note to the left of the spawn point.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it means a lot to me <3

The theme is the main game mechanic, I can't understand why you don't notice it. The mechanic of switching time between periods where there are some solid platforms that are "invisible" in the other period. I'm sorry, but I really don't understand your point. Thanks for your feedback though. But you're right, the physics are glitchy. This is only my second jam game, so I'm not that experienced.

Was muss man denn machen im Spiel?

Fun game
