Hey i really like the idea. but unfortunately i dont understand the parry mechanic and would need some clarification.

it says i can choose to PARRY on my turn. what happens when i choose parry (ending my turn) and my opponent does not attack in his next turn? did i "waste" a turn? And if he attacks and i parry sucsessfully, do i get 2 turns in a row, since it says i take an additional turn?

another way i could understand it: I take my tun to PARRY right after an incoming attack, so before calculating damage. if i succeed with it, i recieve no damage and i get another turn right away, but if i fail: the damage comes through and its my opponents turn again immediately... this method would mean every d6attack showing a 1 could get parried automaticly basically. (edit: this way would make d4Parry more of a reaction, which gives my opponent an additional turn if i fail, and "just" negates damage on success)

Ja Goons beizubehalten ist glaube ich ne gute Entscheidung. Und wenn man den kleinen Wicht auf dem Cover sieht, weiss man was gemeint ist :) ("Tunnel Wichte" war meine ursprüngliche Übersetzung, hauptsächlich weil es süß klingt, nicht weil es die treffendste Übersetzung ist.) 

Danke, aber ich konnte die pdf bei canva hochladen und dort bearbeiten. Im übrigen ist mir aufgefallen, dass die pdf nur 7 Seiten hat. Um ein süßes A5 Heftchen zu drucken bräuchte man 8 (2 A4 Blätter).  Eine Rückseite quasi noch. Die Credits auf der letzten Seite und der Verweis auf die  Creative Commons 4.0 Lizenz unterm Vorwort könnten da z.b. hin.

Herforragende Überetzung. ich hatte auch mit einer angefangen, weil ich es mit meinen Geschwistern spielen wollte.  habe mich dann aber an ein paar begriffen aufgehangen. teilweise hast du die einfach so gelassen (z.b. Karawanen-Drifter...oder tunnel goons lol), aber dann passt es halt einfach perfekt. Und das Layout ist spitze, sollte vom original übernommen werden, wertet das ganze ordentlich auf. 

Ich werde mir das so ausdrucken (ok, "Rauchlusche" werde ich glaube ich zu "Rußschrubber" ändern) und viel Freude damit haben! Danke für deine Arbeit!

Hey guys. I really love the Book/setting/tone... everything...! 

if someone who knows reads this: i have a question about the Plank (page 40) /fighting. i know attacks always hit when in reach, but the plank says it can stun enemies if i "succeed in attacking" and "roll doubles". this implies that attacks dont hit automaticly and need a test (or the plank does 2d6 dmg? i dont think so). The Veils attribute also states that it is used to dodge enemy attacks, again implying that attacking needs a test to succseed (which tends to be the way i prefer to play...). Is this a remnant of an older version perhaps or am is missing something?

i know i can bend the rules to my liking, but i am just curious.

i hope i diddnt come of as nit-picky. Brave Zenith was the game that ignited my love for ttrpgs and made me want to become an island! I love it.

This is an exellent solo RPG using some d4 dice and a standard playing card deck. Well done worldbuilding with different encounters, bosses and npc storylines encouraging multiple playthroughs. really well made. the darksouls feeling in regards to mechanics and atmosphere was captured successfully aswell.
