Getting huge frame drops during any animated scenes

I feel like it takes far to long to get livestreaming in this, by the point you unlock it you've already progressed far enough and making enough money that it just becomes obsolete the moment you unlock it, only being able to do one race a week really does not help with this at all

I think it is the same glitch as Dora in the school,

It just says I better leave her alone for now and so I can’t progress further with her

went to go buy the game, card wasn't accepted, money got taken out of my account anyway, didn't get the game, is anybody else having this issue??
