Is twine allowed as a game engine? It does produce html interactive fiction games

hey there, i make text based games too! Do not worry, text based games are games too! Any engine is allowed. All you should be worrying about is if your game is fun to play,  fits the criteria and if you'll be able to have a solid demo by the time it ends.

yeah the web build

thank you!

pretty good. the style is very clean and movement nice. I just wish there was a bit more content, it seemed just a tad bland

moving the camera and the guy at the same time was hell but so funny when i actually got him to swing his sword and murder innocent cubes. The whole experience worsened my migraine which was just starting to get better and made me feel like i was in some random drunk guy's fever wet dream in the eighties after playing too much dragon's lair 2. overall i loved it and i hate you

kept crashing, i couldn't figure out what was happening or what i was supposed to do? im sure if you had some more time, this game could have been more viable

Super cute, simple yet creative. I love games that have you fail yet keeps giving you new ways to help and this is one of them. Im so happy that you did something way more unique to the limition besides "you can't win"

i really enjoyed it! simple, a bit tricky to command the survivors but i guess that'll be a skill thing more likely. It still was quite easy to control, barely any lag and i enjoyed testing out the different character's playstyles. Overall, really fun!

super laggy and even when i put the sensitivity down to 2, felt super jarring and nauseating. I could barely control the character as there seems to be a delay between holding down the wasd keys and the character actually moving, causing it to miss when i try to stop. Love the setup and both the model and animation seems cool but it's not a game I think i'd enjoy for now

like others have said, i really like the concept and the use of the limitation is hella good. I just had no idea what i was supposed to do and was mostly just running around aimlessly. perhaps if you developed it further, maybe adding a way to hint what the objectives are? otherwise, very promising
