If you have thoughts about any of the following, I'd be especially interested to hear it:

  • How does basic movement feel? Is it responsive and satisfying?
  • Is the core gameplay (i.e. jumping around; killing monsters; exploring) fun or are there annoyances or rough edges that detract from the enjoyment?
  • Is the progression of difficulty through the first three levels well-balanced or is it too steep or too slow?
    • Are there any particular rooms/screens that you've encountered that feel bad or unfair?
  • How do you find the variation in the randomly generated levels between different playthroughs?
  • How do you find the different types of enemies? How do you find the overall variation of enemies in the first world?

Feel free to share anything else as well!

Yes, someone else also pointed this out to me. There is an .exe that you can download and play on your desktop :)

Hi, thank you for flagging that up. I have converted the original .swf to an .exe and it seems playable. I was also able to play it on Linux through Wine.

Let me know if you find any problems, - and thank you again :)
