i draw my inspirations from a lot of different sci-fi, psycho-history, and architectural concepts. 

The only true dune inspired things are well the dunes, something being under the sand and the ornithopter but Davinci invented the ornithopter afaik and my creatures are more Asimov inspired.

The game has a campaign and story line (still WIP) that goes on for hours and if you play I think you would find it vastly different.

ahh I see what you mean. My math was off in the createObstacle() function. I will make some updates when uploads are re-enabled!

Thanks for all the supportive (and critical) comments! The starting speeds definitely needs some adjustment.
