and that’s how u get it :)

-I'll go see if she's okay. -Yeah I.. could show up for a little bit. -Leave it. -Wear something more party like -Turn away. -Did I arrive too early? -... -... -Stay silent -... -Stay silent -Stay silent 

and that's all !! you'll get the ending Dead Silent :D

Alright so i’ve gotten all the endings now and after i got the main 14 endings, another ending showed up (His Creator)

here’s the steps i gotten from someone else, 

i'll go see If she's okay, -yeah i... could show up for a bit., -leave it, -wear something party like, -knock on the doors, - where Is everyone?. from there, u can just choose any options u want 

okay turns out i actually have gotten the last ending (Harder Than Expected) basically here’s the steps/the choices 

(first) go see if she’s okay (second) yeah I.. could show up for a bit, (third) Take it home. (fourth) Yes (fifth) Wear something casual (sixth) Knock on the door (seventh) Hit him. (eighth) Open your eyes (ninth) Because you hate me. (tenth) I was going to return it to Yuki (eleventh) Open your eyes (twelve) Get up and look for a way out (thirteen) Head straight upstairs (fourteen) Search the cupboards, living room and the basement
