I totally agree. I get that the endings are like this for shock value, but doing this then asking for 5k reviews for an alternative/happy ending ? The dev should reconsider this because not only is that a crazy number (the game with the most ratings on itch barely reaches 5k), this comes as very insensitive. Fans are ready to do a reverse review bombing all to see their fav character alive and happy and that doesn't sit right with me, this feels manipulative. Maybe the dev didn't plan this, but something should be done to stop that.

No way,,,

(minor spoilers)

I really liked the global aesthetic of the game (the colour palette looks very nice methinks), and the art style also is pretty !! What has struck me the most when I played was, without a lot of surprise, Achik himself. I want to be friend with him istg. I only managed to get one of the good endings for now, but the one I played felt very... cosy (for lack of a better term) ? The fact that staying strictly Platonic does lead to a good ending makes me so happy as an aro/ace person (': I'm not used to writing comments/reviews, but I wanted to say that playing this short yet charming VN is worth your time, I swear. Achik is such a nice and lovely character 😭

I'm not even at the end of it yet, but oh my god, I love this game !! I got my hands on it while it was free and wanted to play it before Poetry in Purgatory (for continuation you know), I'm not disappointed in the slightest ! The artistic direction, the visual aspect, the art style...this game is so beautiful. The story is very interesting, and I really like Astrid as the main character ! Thank you for this game, can't wait to play the sequel when I'll be able to :D
