EDIT: You can bring back all the heads back with a simple game restart.
If you mean the "wrong head", I'm pretty sure it's intended, going by the new achivement "Head Swap". You can reroll the head by making her orgasm with the pumkpin head on while in the ritual site, might take a couple tries to get the right one back.
