With the other reviews on the game alot are saying that you buy it and it doesn't go through so you have to buy it twice or so and how well does it preform on Android?

Ok So I've Played Part 1 it super fun I want to get part 2 but it seems to be having a lot of issues will it mess up? I have the money for it but when I buy it will there problems I'm on android . :)
