no it will be saved to your account library and you can go there to download new updates. it will also say at the top of the page if you have bought the game before

issue on day 19, can't press continue button with "wait for click before adventurer leaves" on because picking up the dino extendo grabber gets in the way. works normally with option off though

You hit the "download now" button. In the menu that comes up it will ask how much you want to pay for the game. Certain downloads are locked behind different amounts of money (depends on the developer). for this game you need to pay $4.99 usd or higher as indicated under the download name in the list.
