Absolute peak jam submission. I'm really impressed with the amount of content you were able to squeeze into this game, amazing work!

I got a good kick from playing this. Only snag I hit while playing was I had to give the radar dish minigame a couple of tries because it threw an exception the first time. Other than that though I'm a big fan of the approach you took for this jam's theme, great work!

The idea for this game is really cool, but I found myself unable to fix some problems with the TV in time. The camera switching is very slow, so my response time is worsened by how long it takes to switch and get the screen back up. I would've loved to see the prompts be actual stuff that happens to CRT's like the channel overlay appearing or the crt doing that cool fading light-bar thing when it powers off. I'm very impressed that you got a working survivors-like going AND having a external mechanic like this going in the limited time we had like this.

Loved the environment you made! This is a really good submission for your first gamejam! I liked the camcorder overlay with the working timecode and some of the jokes you put in too.

Hey, sorry I didn't get this update out sooner, but I reached out yesterday to duckenomics and we're teaming with Wonder-D.  Our team is at the maximum allowed members for this jam, but there's still plenty of time to find one if you're still looking. Wishing you the best of luck, Yousifcard!

Hello, I'm mishta_bean! I'm a big Vinesauce fan and programmer looking for a team! I have participated in a couple of game jams earlier this year, but I only made games by myself. For this game jam, I want to be a part of a team to make a game!

I specialize in the Godot engine, and I have years of programming experience outside of game development, mainly from personal and class projects.  My most recent complete game for a jam is In the Garden, which can be found here.

My schedule is completely open for this jam, except for Sunday and Monday afternoons.

If you believe I may be a good fit for your team, let me know! I'd love to join!
