I think I’ve finally fixed the Sleep effect not stacking or displaying correctly, so it should behave properly now. And yeah, the balance is kinda all over the place right now. New stuff keeps getting added all the time, which keeps pushing the balance around. I’m hoping to fine-tune it more based on player feedback, since I play the game way too much myself and it’s hard for me to judge the actual difficulty anymore
currently, enemy selection is totally random, which is why you sometimes get super easy waves and sometimes get very hard ones. In challenge rooms the last wave is always a pre-made tough combo on purpose and overall enemy and waves count is higher. But I definitely want enemy combinations to be more intentional and “smarter” as you progress through a run
Also, an ending is in the game now! After beating the final boss you can keep going in endless mode if you want
