I don't know but I think that the resolution issues is from an option in the UI which is scale with screen size, not constant pixel size
A new installer should be up shortly
I believe that that is an issue with dotNET Core 3.1 not being installed. If it already is installed, when the unknown publisher screen pops up you can press more info and then run.
