well i mean you could do that, but to submit the game you have to upload it to the jam. I might be mistaken but im pretty sure scratch cant do that

also we have a year to do this, you can definetely learn how to make a small indie game in that time. With ur art style you could make something similar to the henry stickmin games

you could, but scratch is bad and cant do much. Download unity and just look up tutorials. Unity is a lot better to get stuff done and make better games

I have a concept for a game similar The Longing on steam, it gives you a room and some exploration and you just have to wait for a while
