This was so fun! Easy to pick up, and, sure, maybe a little too easy to master once you start packing your deck with strong rewards, but the game is incredibly addicting. A full version of this would go hard. I really enjoyed the dark whirlpools, they added a layer of complexity that was very fun to play around. Great work!

So polished and visually striking! Everyone who saw me playing this stopped to ask me what it was, and they were impressed that it was a jam game. Great work on the level design and art, they really make the game stand out. I always had somewhere to explore or something to do on every run, and I think the game is the perfect length for a jam: long enough to be satisfying, and short enough to make me want more.

Really impressive! Congrats!

Thanks a bunch!!

I love the vibe you've created for this little dying world! The art of the ancient machine is especially striking. Nice work :)

This is a clever take on a stealth game! And the execution is neat and polished, too. I'm super impressed with the number of little one-liners you put in there. I failed that last level over and over and over again and I don't think I ever got a repeat. It definitely made the experience of repeated failure a lot more enjoyable!

I am in love with the art direction and entire vibe of this game. The choice of minigames is inspired. Sharpen your pitchforks! You didn't waste a single opportunity to make every single screen and interaction unique and full of personality. Even the noble selection screen is fun. Great work!

Thank you for playing!

I love word puzzle games, but they often neglect presentation. Not the case here! The split-flap panels are instantly charming and SO satisfying. Awesome idea and great execution!

Beautiful and touching! I loved every little minigame (even if, in my version of Rolande's life, her piano lessons were especially shameful and traumatic haha).

You've made something really special, elegant, and real. Wonderful work!!

Great fun!

The game really started to sing for me when I understood (thanks to that high platform at the start of level 4) that crouch jumping gave you more verticality than just jumping. I then went and replayed everything trying to find where that could help hah

Thanks for playing!!

Thank you so much!

Amazing, definitely one of the best executions of the "Count Down" joke I've seen so far :')

Neat! Loved the art & theming, and fun gameplay! I liked the idea of the value of goods changing as rounds progressed, but without some larger objective to plan for, I never saw the point in building of hand full of high value cheeses. But I really wanted to do it anyway for some reason. Good work!

Wow, the stake monster is sick as hell. The vibes of this game are immaculate, great job on the art! And going the extra mile on the upgrade UI was definitely worth it, it makes the game feel polished and greatly contributes to its sense of identity.

I also love that I got to have a bat, then my bat got a hat, and also its own bat. You're right: I really am just here for the bat.

Such a creative concept! There's something delightfully naughty about committing both math fraud and tax fraud. Due to the high variance in numbers from one equation to the next, and to the pressure of the timer, my strategy quickly devolved into "feeling out" what would give me the highest score rather than trying to think about the equation much. It would be interesting to play around with a game that doesn't have the same constraints and see how the fun would change.

Nice work! I got really into it! It's punishing to have your time reduced when you make a mistake, but it's super interesting how it rewards precision and mastering the flow of the level with increased exploration range. That dynamic is fascinating and really makes every moment count. And grabbing a key with a second to spare is a great feeling!

Also an impressive level of content and polish for the jam! Well done all around!

The drawings and animations are incredible! The game is fun and easy to grasp. I wish there was a way to tell how much health the enemies had other than trial and error, so I could make more strategic choices. Great work!

Awesome art!
I found the game a little hard to understand, and trying to figure out the optimal moves hurts my brain a bit. Good job still!
