I fully understand and agree that providing unlimited future updates at the current bundle price wouldn't be fair to you. What I don't understand is why you're doing exactly that for anyone who is willing to check the website every day (or every Friday) to claim the new packs within 48 hours of release. It would be logical be offer it to everybody who purchased the bundle or to nobody, not to restrict those updates to people who are willing to check the website frequently. At any rate, I look forward to the access pass.

Can you please explain the reasoning behind this 48-hour claim window? If people purchase the Fantasy Fanfare Mega Music Bundle and you then add new packs to the bundle, then why do you require those previous purchasers to claim those newly-bundled packs within 48 hours of release? Why make them visit your website every day in order to see if you released something new? Why not have the claim period an indefinite length of time (or a very long period, such as 10+ years)? This seems like a very bad idea and like it was designed to punish people who don't want to waste time visiting your website every day and reward people who do visit your website every day. I honestly do not understand the logic of this 48-hour claim window.
The details provided are sparse (to say the least), so here are the details of what you receive (as of 18 July 2025):
1 x PNG file (1848x1500 resolution, 24bit color) cover art
80 x OGG files, all with variable bitrate
1 has 128kbps nominal bitrate
6 have 160kbps nominal bitrate
31 have 192kbps nominal bitrate
42 have 320kbps nominal bitrate
78 have 2 channels and 44100 Hz sampling rate
2 have 2 channels and 48000 Hz sampling rate
No cover art
The only metadata is Artist and Album Artist (both set to "Elektrobear")
3h39m14s total length
Average track length is 2m44s
1 track shorter than 1 minute
19 tracks between 1 and 2 minutes
34 tracks between 2 and 3 minutes
13 tracks between 3 and 4 minutes
10 tracks between 4 and 5 minutes
2 track between 5 and 6 minutes
1 track between 6 and 7 minutes
The music is great and this is an excellent deal, but delivery in lossy OGG format (rather than lossless FLAC format, which can be converted to any other format without any loss of quality) is extremely disappointing, as is the lack of cover art and metadata.
The license says "These assets were created for the design of video games, but can also have other uses (video editing, banners, etc. ...)". If you're going to limit those "other uses" to a specific list, then you need to specify EXACTLY what is allowed. As it is right now, the license is too vague.
