How does you gain it when it's visible during enemy battle? Never managed to get domination victory against anyone.

Hello! I have two questions. A) First, where is taunt skill? It was mentioned several times on this forum or in changelongs but I can't find skill with such name and usage. Second, what is wrong with finger yourself from kneeling stance? It seems to simply not appear for me, even after choosing it..
