10/10 too creepy to read again

I've always loved horror stories. Some of my favorites are Saw, Green Inferno, and I love true crime and unsolved mysteries. I don't find most FVNs scary, But DAMN did this surprise me!!! This had some moments that were creepy as hell, and I don't wanna reexperience it.

If you're a horror vet, don't get easily scared, or looking for something new in horror this will surprise you. Its very well made, and def dont read this at 1am

Finished reading and all I gotta say is its an incredibly inspired and rich read. Looks phenomenal while blending perfectly with the music (LOVE that main menu music). The worldbuilding and setting is deep, and makes you feel like you're apart of something bigger than yourself. Its all overwhelming in a great way.

I also cant get enough of these characters man. They are so layered and memorable. They grew on me in different ways: 

Veolf - Very fun character to read. I cant wait to read more from him. Feels like the start of an adventure with room for lots of character growth. Vaal also reminded me of why I love fantasy stories. You just don't see cool stuff like him in non-fiction.

Raithan - Is such a comfortable character to read dude. He's smart and majestic. Feels like its gonna be a deep story. I really liked reading him so far. Such an interesting, layered and addictive character.

Noakai - Feels like its gonna be an emotional roller coaster yet an emotionally satisfying one in the end. I really wanna see how this plays out. Inaka is a great contrast character to him and I love her addition. I loved the moving CG with these 2 as well. Breathtaking work and looked awesome as HELL!!!! 👌

Kirik - Ahhh this is gonna be a heartbreaker of a story. But this character is so fun to read too. I can see this turning into a very beautiful story. I love this crazy guy already

Anoam - He's charming with a lot of depth. Very relaxing character to read. Feels like home in a way. Imma be honest, I'm not sure how this story is gonna go but I'm super interested.

This VN is a modern masterpiece. Its well-made and you can see the work put into it. It is a little over the top at times but I feel it adds a lot to the tribal feel that this VN is going for: Naked, raw, rich and full of culture. And best appreciated with an open mind.

I was sad when It was over cuz it grew on me THAT much during the days I had time to read it. I wanna thank the whole team behind this project for their incredible work. Hyped for Chapter 2!!!!!!

Just finished it and WOW that was a lot going on for just the beginning. I'm super impressed. At no point was the VN boring. Most VN's ive read start off kinda slow. Not to say building up the scene and characters is a bad thing, but this VN has A LOT going on and keeps you on your toes. It's fast paced with a TON of tense moments (in a good way) where you never truly feel safe throughout the story. The art in a lot of scenes is nicely done as well

Another positive I love is the worldbuilding. Even thought its just the beginning I feel like I have a good grasp of what's going on outside of the university. Even if we haven't seen much of it. Like what's happening on Kais homeland and what's going on with other planets/galaxies

I also love the characters in this VN. They are well written and feel so different and enjoyable. You know the character writing is good when someone like Kezza feels alive and makes you laugh or when Vulterus has this massive threatening aura about him even though they don't have sprites yet

This VN did slowly did grow on me the more I read it and I'm interested in seeing how things go. This is a well made piece and I can't wait for the next update👌

I've been following Burrows for about 2 years now and man.... this VN is smthn special. Have never been disappointed by any updates. They all bring the sauce. Especially after this new update. I gotta say Kens route is an absolute masterpiece. Very heavy yet beautiful and everything has its place. Love how deep the writers are willing to go. 

Every route is 100% worth the read. Marks route has a lot of unnerving & memorable moments, Gabriels's route surprised me this past update, and Hiros route is starting to come together, and I love its setting. I enjoyed all of them and they're super different. And it all looks great too. Art reminds me of a fresh clean newly waxed car 👌 the music is memorable af too

And THE SIDE STORIES!!! Bro don't get me started. Some of those are works of art. Especially the Path. I don't cry often, and I never thought I'd cry reading a FVN but I shed a few tears reading that one. 

Even more, this VN talks about some real deep shit at times and its done super well. Had to pause sometimes for 5 min to think or revaluate my perspective on smthn like: "Huh....I never considered it like that" or "That's a very real issue ppl go through and don't talk enough about". Might be reading too much into it, but it makes this VN that much more special and alive. Had me in the feels at times even after reading ngl.

Haven't been the same after reading through Burrows. If you don't mind horror this is a gem you shouldn't skip.

This is a hidden gem right here. Short, looks great, deep and leaves an impression.  Love finding short stories like these

I haven't been this impressed by a newer VN like this in a while. Y'all are starting off very strong. Its written so beautifully and feels super deep and hits emotionally hard already. Kinda reminds me of a Black Mirror episode in FVN form and it's so interesting.

I really like the characters too. Lark is so likeable and cozy; as well as Amir,  Lark, Alex feeling so unique and comfortable to read. 

Cant Wait for the second build. Ya'll are cooking something great!!!!!

This novel is GOOD!!! After following this novel for the past year I gotta say, I loved returning to this story after each new update. The vibe it takes is cool and it makes being a private investigator so interesting. There's memorable characters, there's tension & stakes, and a lot of pieces to think about in the plot. The music is good too

Just got around to reading this novel and I gotta say its AMAZING! Super well made and has a ton of charm to it. The cast is just awesome, and Arthur is a great main character. Also the art is also super crisp too👌

This is the first VN I've read that has voices in it, and I liked it. I ended up growing really accustomed to it. Didn't know it was something I needed in a VN until I read this one.

This VN felt very smooth to read and I can't wait to see what's in store next after that cliffhanger.All hail the himbo horse!!!!!!!!

Any more updates on the artist? I hope they made a full recovery and is doing well after a few weeks?

Just finished reading and I gotta say its great! Very modern, very polished VN! I like how there's a lot of small moments and details in this VN that are charming and memorable. I really liked this scene in particular when delivering mail to the tribe:

This VN is SOLID👌💎!!! Ya'll nailed the mystery/haunted town atmosphere perfectly. Feels akin to something like: Stranger Things, Wayward Pines, Goosebumps, Twilight Zone etc. I also love what y'all have done with the characters. They all have their own charm to them that makes em memorable.

The pronunciation system you guys added is a nice touch. And explaining cultural pieces throughout the writing really adds a lot to the novel. I can't wait for the next build! I can't get enough of Raymond, The Malaysian Tiger 🇲🇾

Just finished all 3 routes after following Shelter's updates for a year, and honestly.....this is one of the best FVN's out there dude! The endings are hilarious with Alon. The way the choices, Minigames and QuickTime events affect the story is nice! The backstories are very emotional and made me care about Shelter and its characters. The Action scenes are some of the best....nah they ARE THE BEST! Shelter is so innovative and original!

This is also one of the few FVN's where I enjoyed reading the NSFW scenes since they were so creative. This VN's music is also Amazing!!

If you're reading this I want you to know that you and all who supported did a stellar job! I love how you included fanart at the end of each update and news for upcoming builds. Really added a cool personal touch to this masterpiece

ADHD or TLDR: 10/10 VN would recommend yada yada amen 🙏❤️

I just started reading this after forgetting it was on my bucket list for far too long (a war crime). And I gotta say LS is one of THE BEST fvn's out there!! This one really sticks out. The characters, setting and humor blend together perfectly, and really grew on me. I've never laughed at a novel as much as this one.

This VN is pure art. It explores the concept of closure very well. I can't put my finger on it, but I feel, sad? melancholy? I definitely feel some type of way after reading it that I haven't felt from reading other VN's, and it's beautiful.

Just read this VN and WOW!! It really surprised me. The art style, characters, and setting add a unique charm to the story. Definitely one of the most unique VNs I've read. The choices all feel like they have stakes to them, and I'm never 100% comfortable choosing. This VN is a hidden gem and I can't wait to see what's next.  

This is also random, but I love the shoes the characters are wearing in this VN! It just makes complete sense.

I just finished reading and I gotta say I'm sad to see that its over. The ending was so sweet. This VN was pretty deep and emotional at times and I really liked the characters a lot. The 2 choices at the end of the phone call with dad especially, held SOO much weight to it. I just sat there staring at the screen for 5 min unsure what to click. Imma miss my Brucey, Drayden and everyone needs someone like Redline or Buckey in their life. Sad to see them go.

This VN is as solid as Bruces Jaw! 5 stars!

Started reading this gem about a week ago and finished it today. I'm obsessed with this VN! The demon mechanic of the story is amazing, and the squad of characters are all great. I can't wait to see all 6 parts of that deadly sins wheel glowing ☀️

This is becoming one of my favorite VN's as of late. The general vibe, characters and setting are a treat to read and experience.  The music also rocks too👌

I love the complexity of the story. It's like one big puzzle, and once you piece together the info for yourself it really adds a lot to what the characters are saying. It makes the world feel more alive and moving. I also loved the map inclusion in this past update too.

The only small fix I would make it to highlight an important word or phrase the first time it's mentioned. Then once you click on it takes you to the LOOM description immediately. I feel that would help with the flow of the story a little bit.

Otherwise I love everything else, and I can't wait until the next update! This VN is a gem. Keep up the great work 💎
