pretty cool, not much juice to it though, but still good for a scratch game. Is that the griffpatch player asset lol? If so, it works well. Good job!

pretty cool, I loved the art, however after I chose wealth the game just stopped progressing leaving me in the cosmos like area with the devil dude. Also skip button doesn’t work. The narrative up until then was really good though!

It was pretty fun for a bit, but the player had a ton of HP, so I ended up just surrounding him in skeletons and he couldn't move and that was the game for like 5 minutes. The little models are very fun, well done if you made them yourself, and the clicker was very juicy!

This is a fun little game, I think you did very well! I think some background lore or something would've driven the theme a little better, because the guy could be bad or good. I love the pixel art though, well done!

A little weak on the theme gameplay, and polish, but the core mechanics are good and fun!

thanks, sorry for difficulty, but glad you still got something out of it!

thanks so much for the detailed feedback! Glad you liked it

thanks so much!

thanks so much! Glad you liked it so much

fun game, good theme implementation! I think it was kind of buggy, my shots were shooting through the wall at times, and the bounces felt unfair other times. I like how you get infinite shots too, makes you feel like you control your fate a lot! I think an in game tutorial that tells you how to play would be nice, I didn't know you could move until level 4 lol.

very polished, wish there was an in game tutorial to show you how to play, always better than in the description! I love these types of games, and I think if you wanted to make it feel more complete, you could add more towers with different attacks, to make you feel like you're really progressing. Theres also no punishment for death, so I would just kill myself whenever I leveled up to buy something. This is one of the best ones I've seen on here, great job!

I think this game is pretty buggy, the comment below mine says everything, so just read that. You have a good base down, but need a ton of polish!

Pretty fun, I think it has potential, and here are some things that could help make it complete! I think moving around, and different enemy types would be cool, just make it feel more alive. The only bug I noticed, was a layering issue when the first text pops up on game start, the blurred background does not blur the plants, and the bow is in front of the text. Not a big deal, but the small details make the game! great job though, I love defense games like these.

This was a fun story! I think the idea of the heart cavity exposed was really cool, but the name Monster King was a little anti climactic lol, but it still works. Pretty humorous for a short game jam game, well done!

This is a cool concept, but it feels very easy and short. A better AI on the ship would make it a little more challenging, and I know you already know about the camera problems lol. Great job!

Fun little game! I'm not sure if I missed it, but if there isn't a way to play again after the game ends, a restart button would be nice! Also an in game tutorial is always better than wall of text in description. I think the theme is there, because I definatly feel like the enemy!

Thanks so much, yeah I know it has a big learning curve, but I'm glad you ended up liking it! I'll check yours out soon!

thanks for the feedback, and yeah I noticed the grid thing, but alas it happens in 3 day jams lol, especially since I only could use 2 of the days. Hopefully no one would charge money for a game they made in 3 days also lol, but I get what you mean, I could add an easy mode in the future. You also could restart in pause menu so you don’t have to wait as long, but I didn’t make it clear enough

yeah, I probably could've done that, but I didn't want to. It felt like I was locking everything behind boxes you had to break, so I decided to make it much harder to go ways you weren't meant to go yet, assuming after dying many times, people would choose another route. Maybe in the future, I shall add more guidance, but the feeling of despair and urgency I tried to build in this game might've been damaged without a feeling of exploration or ever being lost

ok, the stuck in gate and pause glitches are actually very helpful thank you. Most people have gotten through at least a bit of it, but when I see you didn’t know there was a mechanic that’s only 5 mins in, It makes me not take feedback seriously. When I judge a game, I judge it as if I just downloaded it and wanted to play it. If you just got a game, you would never click off 5 minutes in, so I disagree with this approach. I also thought I had enough rewards with the antidote, orbs, clones, and secrets, but I guess you can’t please everyone. Didn’t mean to be rude lol, but I said it was a puzzle games, which require figuring stuff out. Thanks for the new feedback though, genuinely good!

wheres the game pluh

Ya'll please stop commenting without even making it 5 minutes into the game

you get more time in the fourth room lol. All you have to do is play like 5 minutes in. glad you had some fun with it even if you couldn't get far though

If you play through you get more! its in the fourth room lol

You might've already seen mine, but if not here it is :) https://itch.io/jam/solodevelopment-10-new-year-jam/rate/4172213

Nice job! Really acomplished what it was going for.

Thank you! Glad you liked it

Its pretty clanky with everything, I think if when you ate stuff you got bigger it would be cool. the jump also is pretty bad, but I like the animations!

Thanks so much! glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! glad you liked it

Awesome game! I ended up getting to like 160% radiation because I gave the antibiotics to a guys daughter lol. Awesome dialogue, really captures what it takes to make you "feel", in a way hardly any games do. Great job!

loved this little game! I ended in the negatives lol, I let too many lunatics in... Happens to the best of us though. Good job!

if you play through you get more! many upgrades too, dont know how far you got

that’s what it was made for lol

Awesome! Yeah, I see what you mean with your critisism. This was probably the most helpful feedback I got this jam, and considering this is only the 2nd game I've made I still have much to learn. I'm glad you enjoyed the drill bird enemy so much lol. I've never watched anyone play my games before really, other than friends, and it makes me smile even if you did find a lot wring with it, just to see someone appreciate what I was going for. Good luck!

Oh ok cool I didn't know you streamed also! I'll check that out when it comes! Thanks for feedback!

Hey not to harass, but I just wanted to check if you saw this, if it might effect your rating! If not that also makes sense, because it should be rated on your experience, but every point counts lol.

There was no runback for bosses, there was a checkpoint right before every boss! You probably just missed it, but I'll blame that on the small camera size. Glad you liked it for the most part, but yeah that miner boss I think you're talking about has a checkpoint right to the left of the drop down into the arena, just a little above it! I should've made it more prominent, sorry lol. Thanks for playing!

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it!

thanks so much! I’m glad you liked it, and yeah I did get kinda carried away with detail without accounting for the minimalist thing lol. Glad you liked it though!
