I think the meaning of netorare (NTR) is often misunderstood. NTR is a Japanese adult fiction genre (mainly anime and manga) that focuses on infidelity and humiliation, where a third party seduces or "snatches" another person's romantic partner. The protagonist suffers jealousy, deception, and deep emotional misery, and the story isn't exactly a happy one. Those kinds of situations don't exist in this game.

For me, having a girl have had relationships BEFORE meeting the protagonist isn't NTR, since there was no relationship between the protagonist and the girl in question. Each character has their own life, past, and personality, and not all of them have to be virgins or wait until they're 30 for the player to show up. That's part of giving them realism and differentiation.

The focus of the game remains on the player as the center of the experience, and all relationships revolve around them, without deception or betrayal.

At the moment, it will not be possible to customize the protagonist's name in this game. We initially considered it, but decided to focus on developing Haruki's story and the core programming of the game. While we are still working on this game with a patch every month, we are also developing a different story where the player will be able to choose the protagonist's name.

We understand your point of view. We want each event to advance each character's story and not be just repeatable. Each girl has her own development, and if romance has to happen, it will do so naturally and meaningfully within the story. We're not looking to force relationships, but to build something coherent and well-developed with each one. This game was released on January 2nd, and so far we've only added one patch with more content. We're still in the early stages, getting to know the girls and developing their stories, so it's normal for romance to take a while to appear if it has to happen. As we move forward month by month with the story, you'll see how each route evolves.

The game has no NTR, as at no point does the protagonist experience a situation where his romantic interest is taken away from him or cheats on him with someone else. Netorare involves an emotional loss for the protagonist due to the infidelity of a partner or someone he is interested in, which does not happen here.

What this game has, rather, is a protagonist with a harem. All relationships revolve around him, and there are no situations where the girls have encounters with other characters. The club you refer to is just a context within the story, but it does not imply that there is NTR in the game.
