I found some bugs during my playthrough of this game.
1. Pressing 0 (zero) covers the game with the cover image, forcing a reload of the page.
2. Using emotes near a wall can cause the player to get stuck, forcing a save and quit, then load game.
3. When the cage is upgraded once or twice AND the lab has been bought, the pitabots can wander into the top left of the screen and become unreachable. With one cage upgrade, the player can go there, but can not return to the bottom left. With two cage upgrades, the player can not enter the top left at all.
4. The money counter can block some of the upgrade text, specifically the genetics lab upgrade, as well as whatever is at the top left most of the genetics menu.
5. During the night, pausing and unpausing the game causes sleeping pitabots to wake up.
I have a few notes as well
A. The nights are too dark. Without the (VERY EXPENSIVE) lights upgrade, it is super unpleasant.
B. The auto collector kinda sucks. Maybe make it upgradable so it collects more often?
C. The genetics labs needs more instructions. I only figured out that you need to put a pitabot in the blue tube through trial and error.
D. What is the point of the biggest cage upgrade if the genetics lab shrinks the cage size?
E. LAG. The amount of pitabots needed to make a reasonable amount of money causes the game to lag a lot. If you can, find a way to optimize the game. Alternatively, maybe make the upgrades a cheaper and make pitabots get more expensive as you buy more of them. This could also help encourage using the genetics lab more.
I have a few questions too. Do you have any clues for how to get the Halloween and Christmas achievements? I bet it has to do with the pumpkins and the presents, but I can't figure it out. Also, one night there was weird howling sounds in the background, what was that about?
